About this notice
Mini Cow Hub uses information submitted through this website to review and respond to cattle-related inquiries and operate the site. This notice describes the current inquiry-first website. Online payments are disabled, and the inquiry form does not create a reservation or subscribe you to marketing.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form requests your name, email address, general location, cattle interest, an optional animal name, and your message. It also records your confirmation that you have read this notice. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, account credentials, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How inquiries are handled
Form submissions are stored in a private WordPress inquiry inbox restricted to site administrators. A notification attempt tells the site administrator that a message is available in WordPress; the notification does not include the full inquiry text. The administrator may use the contact information you supplied to follow up on your request.
Submitting the form authorizes use of these details for the inquiry, not for an unrelated marketing list. If you later arrange a transaction, ask for the information and terms applicable to that specific transaction before providing additional details.
Technical information and cookies
WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, caching, and security services may process technical information such as requests, logs, or necessary cookies as configured. The form uses a temporary, salted hash derived from the server-reported network address for rate limiting; the form itself does not save the raw address in your inquiry entry. Hosting or security logs may separately contain network information.
This build does not add advertising trackers, third-party embedded media, or a newsletter subscription. Editorial images and fonts are hosted with the website. Existing hosting and plugin configuration can affect technical processing; ask the site operator for details relevant to your request.
Retention and access
The private inquiry inbox is configured for scheduled deletion of entries older than 180 days. Scheduled execution depends on normal WordPress cron operation. Hosting backups, server logs, independently retained correspondence, or records needed for an agreed transaction may follow different retention arrangements. Ask the operator for the applicable details before submitting information that requires a specific retention commitment.
Requesting a correction or deletion
Use the contact form to identify your inquiry and ask about access, correction, or deletion. Provide only enough information to locate the message and verify the request. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable, justified process has been separately agreed. Applicable rights and obligations depend on the relevant jurisdiction and circumstances; this notice does not limit statutory rights.
External sources
Buyer guides link to veterinary, agricultural, and official sources. If you follow those links, the destination site’s own practices apply. No external source becomes responsible for a Mini Cow Hub transaction simply because it is cited in an educational guide.
Updates
This operational notice should be reviewed if the operator enables payments, adds analytics, changes the inquiry system, or adopts new service providers. The current site remains inquiry-first. For purchase-process questions, see how buying works and the buyer FAQs.
