1. What this site is

Mini Cow Hub publishes information about miniature Highland and Highpark-cross cattle raised near Leadville, Colorado, and a request form that starts a conversation. Listings are informational; they are not offers binding the farm until we confirm an animal, price, and terms in writing from [email protected]. Prices, measurements, and availability change as animals grow, sell, and health out – the confirmation email always supersedes the page.

2. Requests, confirmations, and contracts

A submitted request creates a private record so the farm can reply; it creates no contract, reservation, or charge. The sale contract is the exchange of (1) our written confirmation and (2) your deposit or payment as described in the Refund & Deposit Policy, which these terms incorporate. We may decline any request without cause – animals come first, always.

3. Living animals and buyer responsibility

Cattle are livestock with their own opinions. Buyers are responsible for knowing and meeting their own state, county, and local requirements – fencing, water, feed, herd-health routines, transport permits, and any branding or movement rules. A pre-purchase veterinarian examination is encouraged for everyone and required for the arrival guarantee. No statement on this site is veterinary advice. Growth projections, adult-size estimates, and temperament notes describe how the animal behaves at our place; they are good-faith observations, not warranties of future performance, breeding outcomes, fertility, calving ease, or offspring conformity.

4. Registration and records

Where a profile states registration is filed or transfers, the farm provides the paperwork on record at sale. If a document cannot be produced, the price adjusts or you may cancel with a full deposit refund. We do not claim more than the paper supports, and neither should anyone pressuring you to hurry.

5. Payments and fraud protection

All payment is manual and verified: Zelle, cash-transfer apps, or digital currency, arranged only after written confirmation. Never act on payment instructions that change bank details mid-conversation. The farm will call the number on file to verify before you send anything. If anyone claiming to be Mini Cow Hub pressures you to pay quickly or off-channel, stop and call +1 (213) 357-1073.

6. Photos, text, and site content

Animal photographs, profiles, guides, and site text are the farm’s content and may not be copied, scraped, or reused for other sales without written permission. Editorial or illustrative images are captioned as such – if a picture is captioned as illustrative, it is not a listed animal. Listing photos show the animal as photographed for that profile; current photos and video are available on request because days matter.

7. Contact and privacy

Details submitted on request and contact forms are used to answer you and complete a sale, and are handled per our Privacy Notice. We do not sell buyer data. You can ask for your records to be corrected or deleted any time via [email protected].

8. Limitation of liability & force majeure

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the farm’s total liability for any claim connected to a sale is limited to the amounts actually paid for the animal in question. Weather events, road closures, animal-health quarantines, carrier failures, and other force-majeure events extend deadlines rather than creating liability; deposits stay held or refundable under section 4 of the Refund & Deposit Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue in Lake County, unless a consumer statute requires otherwise. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest of these terms survive.
